The Back of the Dragon was just a taste of the adventure that awaited me, but unfortunately, it would be a while before I embarked on my next big journey. My fellow riders weren't located anywhere near me. However, fate intervened at a Ducati dealership in Portsmouth, where I met Vince, who would soon become a close friend and riding companion.

While recording my experience riding the Ducati Panigale V4s, Vince approached me, curious about my vlogging. We connected over our shared passion for motorcycles, and he invited me to a local meetup called Bikes and Breakfast. Our friendship blossomed, and when I moved out of Virginia Beach a year later, Vince extended an invitation to join him and a few friends on a trip to the legendary Tail of the Dragon. I was thrilled at the prospect of tackling this iconic route.

We met in Richmond on May 9th, 2021, to discuss logistics, including the timeframe, accommodations, and meals. After finalizing our plans, we captured the moment with a photoshoot, the excitement for the upcoming adventure palpable. Most of my friends planned to trailer their bikes, but I was determined to ride my FZ-09 the entire 535 miles.

To ensure I could document the journey and be prepared for any unforeseen circumstances, I began compiling a list of essentials. I purchased a SW-Motech bag to carry clothes, a tripod, snacks, and spare motorcycle parts. My tail bag overflowed with tools, an extra bag for souvenirs, my camera gear, a spare visor, and a water bottle. I felt ready for anything, but I would soon learn that overpacking can be a rookie mistake.

Lazarus is the President of Rock World Ministries (RWM), a very fast growing Christian non-profit startup. Over the past few years he, with the approval of the RWM board of directors, has raised and dispersed thousands of dollars to bring the Word of God to India.

Prior to becoming the President of RWM, Lazarus worked with various teams of missionaries and missions to spread the Gospel of God throughout India. While working with the teams, he learned of the value and need for funding evangelistic outreaches and began to look to God for inspiration.

Inspiration from God led Lazarus to found Rock World Ministries. RWM focuses on spreading the Message of Christ and providing humanitarian support to the people of the world.
