Photographer Health Tips #1: Breakfast!

It must be said! The best tip you can receive in regards to your health is to eat breakfast! Whether it be a bowl of oats, cereal, or fruits remember to eat!

My beautiful wife has told me time and time again to make sure I eat breakfast and I have noticed that when I do heed her advice and do eat that bowl of Quaker Instant Oatmeal I do feel really good.

I choose to eat oats because they take a longer time to digest and are easy to store away, however, you can eat anything you want that is not loaded in sugar or is considered junk food. Some examples of stuff to eat for breakfast are: whole wheat bread, eggs, bacon, fruits etc!

When you do take the time to build a routine and eat a good and healthy breakfast you will realize that you have a lot more energy to start the day. After a week of eating a good solid breakfast, I realized, the agitation and the irritation that I usually felt by the afternoon significantly decreased and I was not chomping away hungrily at my meal.
